Pinch hitter Chris Gayle is one of the prime reasons for West Indies cricket team winning the T20 world cup this year. In fact, he is the biggest reason for immense craze on Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in Indian Premiere League (IPL) new season.
Although he failed to make an impact in first two games for RCB, fans are expecting Gayle storm in next games. But, unfortunately for them, they don’t get to see Gayle innings for next two games, as he is not playing.
Gayle flew Jamaica to unite with his life partner Natasha Berridge, who is expecting their first child. Confirming the news, Gayle posted an image of him in the plane and expressed his delight by writing, ‘I’m on my way, Baby.’
Gayle is not going to play RCB’s next matches against Mumbai Indians (MI) on April 20 and against Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS) on April 22. He is expected to comeback India on April 25. Hope, the birth of Gayle’s first child will change his fortunes in the next matches in IPL.
